To create a TDC account and sign a waiver, you must be 18 years of age.  One adult (+18 years old) can have 3 riders under their account to unlock additional bikes. The signer of the waiver is responsible for the minors on their account.  This creates the availability for someone 14-17 years of age to ride the TDC e-bikes.

Helps are not required and not provided, but suggested.

Email the support to let them know the bike will not end the ride and support will handle it.

Bikes must begin and end in one of our hub locations.

Rides can be paused by hitting the (‘’) pause symbol from the app. Rates for pausing is 15 cents per min. Paused vehicles will be unavailable for anyone renting it. Simple press the play sympbol button to resume your ride.

You can call 1-833-RIDE-TDC to speak to someone and/or leave a message.

Bikes can be rented by the minute but we do have passes that will allow for time at a discount. See the Ride Passes section in the app or on the TDC website for all the options.
